Updates failed with no error code.

So I I usually update my Pc every 3 weeks, came for my usual updates downloaded the anti defender updates with no problem, but my windows cumulative updates didn’t go through. But I get no error codes anyone has a clue?

    Your system version is now fully up to date including that October update, you can safely delete the folder with that offline installer, it is no longer required.

    Thank you for the help! Does everything look good? Also can I delete windows folder that I used to download this update from my recent downloads? Sorry for the bother
