apparently, my omen 15 ek000 whatever computer is on the brink of explosion due to the fact that AHHHHH

this has been happening after my laptop got repaired, they fixed the keyboard plate, gave it more ram, and repasted the thermal paste, this laptop has 16gb of ram natively but has uhhh now, also it has a rtx 2060, and 300hz refresh rate, HELP PLEASE!!! also the sd card reader isnt appearing in device manager!

    actually this is a really weird problem, see its all caused by intelppm, if set to 1 then its fixed, but the max frequency is set to 30%, if set to 4, i get yellow next to cpu but maximum frequency is 100, if 3 then its set to 30% but i dont know about yellow exclamation marks!!!

    I have tried these trying to fix my sd card reader, then i realized my cpu was stupid, and i tried updating it. The only drivers i could install on hps website (who made this laptop) were for omen gaming hub. I am on version 22H2 of windows.
