Hello Sri Hari Satya Bharadwaj V,
Welcome to Microsoft Community and we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
Base on my experience that if there is not enough memory available on the system, the memory allocation request will fail. This could be because other processes are using a lot of memory, or the system itself is using a lot of memory, such as cache or kernel data structures.
Of course some apps do not release the memory after using it, the memory usage will continue to increase, eventually leading to insufficient memory.
Please perform a clean boot and close any non-Microsoft third-party apps to see if issue will be resolved.
These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get you back on track.
Since some of the technology is out of my scope of knowledge so I'm honestly have any good solutions.
Here is a link **** to the forum where you can raise specific scenarios and share your idea to help solve the problem.
I'm sorry because I may not be able to help you directly, but I hope to guide you to the right place. Wish you everything as well!
Best Regards,
