    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

This error means memory access violation. Please use another USB drive and create another installation media.

Check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model.

Try RAM modules one by one.

I've done that I try installing both 16gb ram and each one single separately to install and I get same error regardless of the 3 choices both ram or 1 or 2 alone all same error. I ran windows memory diagnostic and did several passes and no errors found.

I also did I used 4 separate 2x 32gb USB flash drives and 2x 128 USB flash drives all set up with the windows media creation tool, each of the 4 returned the same error as well.

I have latest bios asus z790-p wifi bios 1220

I can't get to windows since it fails to install, or I get pagefile exception blue screen, or ntfs.sys blue screen. Mostly the 0xc0000005 error during the windows processing files part 2 in the install list. Usually crashes between 30 to 60% progress. Then it blue screens on reboot the just black screen not even bios will load until I force another hard shut down

Did you check your RAM modes (voltage, frequency, timings) are in compliance with numbers in the motherboard compatibility list for your RAM model?

Any memory test is very partial unfortunately.

If possible, try to replace a PSU.

Update the motherboard does have the latest bios, but I went ahead and refreshed it again, and the pc became a lot more stable after that and was able to get windows installed.

But I'm getting a few new bsod screens like page fault no exception handle, and ntfs.sys. after many more runs and finally getting to where I can even install new drivers those went away. But now at the desktop, some of the drivers outright fail to install.

I think at this point everything leads to a defective motherboard. The bios update did stabilize some of the issues alot still remained

I even put an old Sata had disk onto the system along with the 2 nvme and same errors bsod 0x0087008 or 0xc0000021a and page file exception not handling, ntfs.sys, service exception error, and a few others I forgot to note down.

With so many different error codes going and now several apps important driver ones don't even install, it's not the psu, ram, or nvme/ hdds on the system because to took them out and ran each part separately and all of them same error codes occur.

4 USB sticks, 3 drives 2 ram, all run separately same errors it's not them that's the issue. The psu is good tested at wall about 2 hours 750w load max seen.

Seems updating the bios altered alot of the errors refreshing it with latest bios again cleared some but not all the issue.

Well seems the motherboard needs to be replaced at this point. Since bios update corrected some but not all the new errors now bsod, when trying to install any drivers or basic apps.

Wait see if rma will happen on the motherboard or not. I think I'm just going to get a different model then this one.

Good features but unstability is not worth this kind of madness week of re doing parts and testing everything over n over just to get it to run in the 1st place is just no good. I don't think waiting more weeks for rma returns and replacement time I need a working pc sooner then that process already lost 1 week.

You may try to re-seat CPU with careful contacts cleaning.
