But it's true that installation media on USB drive (download the installer here) can be used as an alternative.
Loading System Repair disk results in Error Code 0xc000a004 - kernel is missing or contains errors (file: \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe)
I have recently migrated from windows 7 to windows 10 and have created a System Repair Disk. Running the system repair disk to verify it loads results in receipt of the following error message: "The operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors. File: \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe Error code: 0xc000a004"
Research on the web finds no specific response. The computer appears to be operating normally, just unable to load the repair disk (minimizing key entry during the boot does not have any impact).
Any assistance is appreciated.
