Patch installation error on server 2012 R2

Question

We have encountered a problem on our Server 2012 R2. Initially, we successfully installed Patch PK5----, but now, when attempting to install Patch PK3-----, we are receiving an error message stating "Patch is not applicable." We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter
