Hi Microsoft,

Currently our server is using Windows Server 2016. It is automatically rebooting randomly. I have collected the minidump file and read the most recent error file. Can Microsoft help me analyze this problem?

Please run the V2 or DM log collector and post a share link into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

Search for C:\windows\memory.dmp > save to the downloads folder > zip > post a share link with only the zipped memory dump into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.

One mini dump file was corrupt.

Normally the size limitation is 1.5 GB.

(It may take substantial time to download so the debugging may not be available for many hours)

These were drivers seen in the mini dump crashes.

Uninstall or uninstall and reinstall any non-Microsoft drivers.

Indicate the findings and steps made.

In your prior thread you had used Windows Driver Verifier (WDV).

The mini dumps in that thread did not open with WDV mini dump files.

    Make a new restore point.

    Start WDV with these settings:

    a) Test all non-Microsoft drivers

    b) Test no Microsoft drivers
    c) Start the customized tests using those displayed in the Ten Forums link:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5470-enable-disable-driver-verifier-windows-10-a.html

If there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

    verifier /querysettings

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.
