Hi Microsoft,

Currently our server is using Windows Server 2016. It is automatically rebooting randomly. I have collected the minidump file and read the most recent error file. Can Microsoft help me analyze this problem?

Previously I also tried running Windows Driver Verifier (WDV) but it only showed the error "DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION" but did not show any specific error. Minidump log file is also not generated during the error. I have to proceed to disable WDV for the server to work again. This post was mine before https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_other-performance/the-computer-has-rebooted-from-a-bugcheck/a8a063e8-4b3b-40a5-a84e-1b7604668b4e

Please start WDV to create new mini dump files.

In the prior threads there were no old mini dump files displaying the use of WDV.

Ordinarily WDV is not used on servers that remain on line.

If you're able to use WDV then it will improve the troubleshooting.

The tool has various customized tests that when enabled may create BSOD.

    I followed this guide: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-update/driver-verifier-tracking-down-a-mis-behaving/f5cb4faf-556b-4b6d-95b3-c48669e4c983

Then when my server rebooted, it couldn't work properly with windows, it got a BSOD error. I have to proceed to disable WDV using the commands in Safe Mode :

    verifier /reset verifier

    /bootmode resetonbootfail

No new logs appear at "C:\Windows\Minidump" when OS works again

    Error when enabling WDV

Please post a new V2 share link into the newest post.

What steps were made from the prior posts (drivers, software)?
