I fixed it. I deleted the Edge folder in program files (x86) under the main Microsoft folder. Then reinstalled Edge after the folder was deleted.
Javascript disabled on on sites on Microsoft Edge
If I open up a new tab and it goes to the default Edge page, it shows at the top javascript is disabled and cookies are turned off (red X on both in the address bar). I checked and they are all on. This started happening after an update. Going to Ksat.com shows a blank screen but it works on Chrome. Is there a way to repair Edge? Thank you.

I understand that you solved the problem by manually deleting the edge folder and then reinstalling the edge. So it seems that the problem was caused by data left in the edge.
Also you have shared the solution to the problem here, which will help other users with the same issue. Thanks for sharing!
Finally, thank you again for your contribution to building the Microsoft community and helping other users!
