DIsable virtualization based security on Windows 11 Workstation

HI

I have followed this to disable virtualization based security

but no matter what i do value in registry still comes at 1 although i run registry as administrator i tried in group policy i removed memory integrity it still shows running in msinfo

Any way that I can disable this as it is slowing down my computer
