Hey there,
I have an issue when plugging in my headset, I can't hear any sounds although I tested it on my laptop and it worked smoothly.

I noticed some weird stuff after many tests.

  1. when I play videos on YT or FB while the headset is plugged in the video playback speed is so slow.
  2. when I unplug the headset while watching a video PC crashes and then a blue screen shows up same as the screenshot below. Could someone help me to fix this problem? Thanks in advance!

The problem may be caused by drivers, go to the manufacturer's website, download and install the latest drivers.

    Sound and chipset

I solved the issue, Thanks for your help

The problem was caused by another program called "parsec"

that program installed another USB virtual adapter that caused all these troubles for me. I uninstalled it and then restarted my PC. now sounds are back!

Thank you so much for helping me to fix this issue. much appreciated
