Azure student account not verifying

I had created a student account with my University ID in Azure, but now when I login it Displays the message in the portal that "We are sorry, we could not verify you as a student. Please start the academic verification process here" And when I try to verify it goes to signup page and displays the message that "This account has already been used for verification this year". When I try to use any service it says Free Use or Buy Now.
How can I solve this issue and start using the Azure Student Services?

It seems the issue with your account verification/validation. Azure subscription management team should be able to help you further in this matter. Please file a subscription support request at no extra cost to get this routed to the appropriate team.
