4.8 Framework error when connecting to RemoteApp application

Hello,

This is my first time writing a question here. We have a domain that contains around 200+ computers that receive an error when running a remote application. The server this app is hosted on already has the 4.8 .NET Framework installed and the application runs on it fine. However, when we connect to it via RemoteApp, it says the computer we are on does not have the 4.8 Framework installed. Even though these already have it enabled and are on 21H2 and 22H2 (mixed machines).

We have tried installing the offline installer for the 4.8 Framework and it says it is already installed.

Is there anything that we can check or do to troubleshoot this issue? Any suggestions are appreciated.
