MABS installation failed

On an attempt to reinstall MABS v4 on win server 2019 standard - installation failed on a phase : SQL Tools and Workstation components (ID 4310 The parameter is not correct)

After the manual reinstallation of SQL (from MABS installation distribution) - MABS installation failed on a phase "Microsoft Azure Backup Server" - Setup cannot query the system configuration, verify WMI service is running (log attached ). Should be mentioned the User's image

was executed prior the installation and WMI service in running state and no errors are shown in WBEMTEST

Please let me know the possible solution.
