why are some app icons not loading ?

my windows 11 doesn't show some icons on my quick acces bar. for example opera gx.

2023-06-21T12:07:23+00:00 Close everything you have open on the taskbar and then hover your mouse pointer over Opera and see what it shows. Below is an image with my mouse pointer over Chrome.
If you have Opera on your taskbar and it doesn't have the right icon, then try unpinning it and then find it again in All apps and pin it back to the taskbar and see what shows.
