Visual Basic Command Line Compiler is running at 85 % of my cpu and 100 % of the gpu while gaming

Hi Community!

I want to disable the vbc.exe so that i can play my games smoothly without breaking or stuttering.

As soon as it starts, the game starts lagging. When I close it using the end task button in task manager, the game is alright but again after some time it pops up.

Pls help me.

I have been facing this for 6 months.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

If the Visual Basic Compiler is running at a very high percentage, most likely your PC is infected with malware.

Open Defender or your preferred anti-virus and choose the option to perform an offline scan, your PC will restart yo perform that scan.

When that completes, download the free version of Malwarebytes and perform a full scan with that.

Thank you for the reply Dave.

I have already scanned it with the windows defender and the Malware Bytes which found and quarantined 12 malware in my device but still this vbs starts and makes my gaming experience worse every time . It also makes my pc very slow

When the file downloads, unzip it.

Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

In the Filter box in Autoruns, type vbc.exe

Please provide screenshot of that Autoruns window

Do I have to search it only when vbc.exe pops up on the task manager?

Well that is only possible when playing game
