can not access sharepoint

Hello!

summary:

Incognito mode tested - no access
IE mode tested - no access
logging with another account (colleague account) on machine - no access
changing device/reinstalling system - same issue

when Zscaler "private access" is turned off, the SharePoint home page can be opened. other colleagues can open the same website with "Private Access" enabled

gpresults verified - no proxy issue

the screen shot is captured when one visits the SharePoint homepage.
it seems like amcdn.msftauth.net rejected the request for the SharePoint

Can you please advise?

For this, I would suggest to cross check this issue with the IT support for your company or you can also post this query to our neighbor forum from the link below.
