Window Script Host Error 80070002

Every time I turn ON my Laptop, an error pops up. Because of this error Windows Security, not opening, and Windows Defender is turned OFF, I tried to turn it ON but it also shows the misconception that it cannot turn ON. I hope you did understand my explanation.

    Bro those aren't running in the CMD also. I don't know why. Same output coming as in the PowerShell

    Can you post a screenshot?

    Skip commands 2 & 3 as they were executed correctly in PS. Run commands 1 & 4 only.

    Why are you running the commands from PowerShell window again, when I specifically asked you to run them from admin Command Prompt?
