How to change the notepad application language to Chinese or Japanese?

We are not able to change the notepad application language to native language, by default it is coming in English,

Facing this issue in Win 21H2 and 22H2 series of windows. For more info please refer the highlighted part of the below screenshot.

    Any other solution for this issue?

    Anything can be implements in language pack?

    You can add the language pack via PowerShell by inputting these commands one by one then check if you can now use the font to change notepad.

    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Language.Basic~~~ja-JP~0.0.1.0

    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Language.Basic~~~zh-TW~0.0.1.0

    Also, changing the overall display language of Windows might also affect Notepad.
