Azure VPN Client Error

Has anyone encountered this error with an Azure VPN client before: Status = VPN Platform did not trigger connection.

I use AAD to sign in

It was working perfectly for about a week. I then logged onto a server that was not a company device and signed in on my outlook so I could email data from the server to my PC. I did this for 2 days and it then asked me to reset my AAD password because I logged in from a different company device. It happened 2 mornings in a row and after the second morning I got this error when trying to connect to Azure VPN Client. This obviously marked me as a risky user but that has been remediated.

Troubleshooting done:

  • Rest of my team can connect to the VPN.
  • Allow Azure VPN background access.
  • Restarted/Enabled RASMAN service
  • Reset my entire windows.
