Not able to ask question on forums.asp.net

I was in the progress off understanding how Routing works with a API
I also got a reply from mr YihuiSun that send me a private message asking if i understood it

when i try to reply to the thread or to the private message i get a error:

I am also not able to create a new thread.
And it sends me to this forum
i dont reallly understand what is going on?!
