Windows Host Process for Windows Services is using my microphone all time

I noticed that all the time in the taskbar there is a microphone using app. First I though that Discord or another calling app is using it, and I leave it alone. But I noticed that the icon appears as soon as Windows has started, and I saw that this Windows Service is using it, but all the time...

I want to say that my PC I don't think it has a microphone integrated(most probably not) but I don't want that to use the microphone is plugged in or not.

Thanks you in advance.

I am having the same issue but I solved it. Here how I solved the issue:

    1. Open CONTROL PANEL
    2. Then go to HADWARE & SOUND or ALL CONTROL PANEL ITEMS and then click on SOUND
    3. Then go to Recording tab
    4. Then click on microphone or any default device you use for microphone

    5.Then got that device's properties

    1. Then go to Listen tab
    2. Then uncheck "LISTEN TO THIS DEVICE"Make sure you uncheck the the box.

    Then problem solved.

I thought this was very helpful but mine was off the whole time and its still using it I don't know if they are having the same exact problem a s I do but it is making an echo and its really loud that my mic can function and I've noticed that because I turned all accessibility of my mic through windows and once I turn it on again there is a grace period and my mic starts working again with no echo and I was even fast enough to be on discord but nothing happens and when it turns back on it starts echoing again.

I have the same problem where the host process for windows services was using my microphone all the time. But there is a echo from my own mic to my own speakers. I've tried using headphones but the same thing happened, the only way I found that can stop the echo is by disabling my microphone for every app but then i have no microphone. If you can help me with this problem that would be great  thank you.
