Its called wordpad for me
Error: the service cannot be started either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices
No app I use works, including services, although the only program that did work is Control Panel. The Wifi Adapter I use also does not work. Whenever I try to reinstall it using the Cd, this error pops up, this also comes up with any other program I try to launch.

2020-11-03T01:08:01+00:00 You can run some "apps" -- for example, Notepad. What are a few examples other than Chrome that don't work properly?
Now that I think of it, ever since I updated, chrome, ¨System¨, snipping tool, and my wifi adapter have not been working.
The 2nd 1 is the one i get when I try to install my wifi adapter again
