I cannot download anything onto my computer. I've tried with several things including NOX Player. Everytime something finishes downloading and i open it i am always prompted with the same messages saying the path doesn't exist. Can someone please provide a solution? I'm not very experienced with pc myself. Maybe I deleted something I shouldn't have?

Ok so I tried to download the media tool from the link but it does what everything else does when I try to download something.

    It says C:/Users/Solo/Downloads/MediaCreationTool2004.exe

The specific path does not exist. If I were to follow this path where would I go to find Users/Solo?

Solo should be your account. Is it? What account shows up in C:\Users and also in Windows Settings > Accounts > Your Info? Is it your account? Is it an Administrator?

Can you borrow another PC to download the ISO or create the bootable media, transfer it back to the problem PC, double click to mount the ISO or open the media in Explorer, right click Setup to Run as Administrator.
