Windows Silent BSOD/Bugcheck Error (Code 133, Code 141)

For some reason I have been enduring issues with Windows and/or my computer crashing randomly; according to the reliability error, I am receiving a number of errors that I have listed below:

Error Code 133 - Windows Shut Down Unexpectedly, BlueScreen

Error Code 141 - Hardware Error, LiveKernelEvent

Windows Rebooted from a Bugcheck: Report ID: e970fd59-e8e4-4a31-bbc2-723ebce1fb7a

I've been having these random reboots for almost a year now, and they've been getting more numerous as the months roll on; I do not know how to resolve the issue at this point. If necessary I do have a .DMP file prepared, however looking at it, it's over 1GB large.

Kind Regards,

Burin077

    I tried to speak with Dell Support on the matter, and they seem to think it requires a reinstallation of Windows; thing is, I have done that already back in June when this issue was first starting; I'm not convinced that it's a Windows OS issue.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    So far there's been no crash since the update;

    There was a 30-45 second freeze at one point, but the system seemed to recover this time around.

    If it crashes again, I'll mention something; it doesn't appear a new minidump file was created since.

    Hi Burin077

    Okay, let that driver update and see if the crashes return, if they do, please upload any newly created minidump files for analysis . . .

    Okay, I have gone ahead and reinstalled the driver recommended for my graphics card, however, now I am getting a Code 43 in the Device Manager; it is mentioning that the driver has stopped as it has reported problems. (Code 43)

    It seems if I update the driver as the system is recommending, the Code 43 issue goes away.

    I feel like I'm in a Catch 22 situation now, haha.
