What Adobe software do you have installed? Vulcanadapter.cc the cc is Creative Cloud.

You can try uninstalling the Adobe CC software and restarting, then reinstall it.

If that doesn't work try running the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool.

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to solve installation problems (adobe.com)

    Hi Kevin,

I encountered this issue when I uninstalled creative cloud.  I performed the clean boot and it worked!!!   thanks a lot.

I uninstalled all Adobe processes using Revo Uninstaller ( which is normally a great tool) and still got error. Then I stumbled across a few extra Adobe processes that were missed even with the advanced uninstall. The culprit for me was a creative cloud process visible under the startup tab on task manager. I had to uninstall that manually and reboot to resolve the issue.
