Windows Update Settings Stuck Loading

Hey,

I was opened Windows Update settings in the Update and Security section, and I am stuck on the loading screen below. No idea what to do.

    Hi Stachu

    Your Windows 10 is a year out of date, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to download the Update Assistant, then run that to immediately get 20h2 and bring your PC right up to date and resolve that problem on the update page

    Hi Stachu

    Are you an Administrator on your PC?

    If you move that downloaded file form your Downloads folder to your Desktop, then right click that and choose 'Run as Administrator' does it then run?
