    Try run the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:

    Also, go to Start > Type "Windows Update Settings" hit enter > Click on "Check for updates" to ensure you have installed the latest windows update.

    Restart your computer and check if the problem still persists.

    WSHelper.exe = Wondershare Helper

    So you definitely do have a Wondershare product installed.

    If you still want that product, then uninstall it and download the latest version and install. If that doesn't resolve the problem, open the Task Manager, select the Startup tab and right click then disable the Wondershare software.

    Yes i did have wondershare installed but didn't realize it - i thought i deleted it.
