Reset Cortana worked for me!
Winows cannot find 'C: Program Files
I get this error message every morning when I turn on the PC:
Windows cannot find C:/Program Files/WindowsApps/Microsoft.549981C3F5F10_2.2011.11613.0_x64.../Win32Bridge.Server.exe.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.

I second the suggestion to go with this solution rather than the marathon remedy.

2021-06-24T16:15:24+00:00 This worked! I think MS is working so much better now. Used to be when I had a problem I found obscure and stale information. I was glad to see a recent post on the exact same issue and a simple fix (without running multiple diagnostic and repair tools and editing the registry and finally having to reinstall Windows is which is my past (nightmarish) experience for seemingly benign things like this)).
