High "system" process disk usage

I am having this issue from yesterday. My computer suddenly slow down. I went to task manager and saw system process at top of task manager window. I tried lot of stuff and did not work. I updated windows some days ago. I need help ASAP cause I use this computer for class.

    I can not uninstall wifi driver cause without internet, it would not work. I have tried chkdsk as you told but no luck.

    Hey again,

    I noticed sometime when I leave the computer untouched, the disk usage seems to go down. But when I do something like try to search stuff on youtube or watch video, the usage go to 100%. Sometime in task manager, in performance tab, the disk is selected. I notice when I do something write speed goes high and sometime read usage too. It never did this before even I played games or watch videos.
