Viewing the Azure external group - partner-managed details ?

How can I view who got the access to view the details of the Azure External group?

Because, even as the Global Administrator, I cannot view the information with the above error message.

    I believe you need to check for this from the Partner Center, rather than the Azure Portal. If you have added a group from your organization's directory to your Partner Center account, every user who is a member of that group will be able to access it, with the permissions associated with the group's assigned role.
