im having an issue with my bluetooth dongle, where the generic bluetooth drivers install correctly but the bluetooth remotecontrol gives me

i've tried searching fixes and can't find any. i've tried updating drivers, rolling back drivers, uninstalling reinstalling drivers, installing different drivers, repairing windows, and messing with regedit. any suggestions?

Okay, then I would suggest reinstalling Windows with a clean install. If you have another PC and a flash drive available, you can use the Windows media creation tool to download a copy of Windows 10 installation onto the flash drive and then boot to it on your system. This will give you the option to completely wipe your drive and install Windows on it.
tried dint work. %90 sure it's a windows issue.
