2021-07-21T02:07:24+00:00 Hi,
Let's try this procedure:
Type the keys Win+R, when the Run window appears type:
regedit
and hit enter
When opening Registry Editor, navigate to the following path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products
On the left side panel you will see several folders containing sequences of letters and numbers.
Now, click on each of the folders in the left pane and observe in the right pane if the information appears in "ProductName" referring to the error you are seeing.
In your case it would be: Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X86 Minimum Runtime
Once you have identified the above information, right-click on the folder in the left pane and click "Delete".
When a confirmation window appears, click "Yes"
Do this with each folder that contains the information.
"Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 X86 Minimum Runtime"
Example:
https://1drv.ms/u/s!Ag2SV-V9BWF5ggL7yFsUkT9SBZE...
At the end of the procedure, try to reinstall the X86 version of Microsoft Visual C++

2021-07-30T00:40:47+00:00 OK, Anthony is right about the 64bit version, it works with this old game I just installed, Train Sim World 2. However his link to the vc_redist.x64.exe gave me the x86.exe instead, FYI. Thanks guys.
