- Have you upgraded any hardware components on the device?
- Do you use any non-Microsoft anti-virus software?
- Are you aware of any recent changes on the PC prior to the bluescreen error?
Since you purchased the license from a third-party vendor, you might need to contact them. However, I would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if the issue persists:
- Press Windows + R keys to open Run command box
- Type services.msc and click on OK
- Find Software Protection service and Start/Restart it
- Restart your PC and check if the issue persists:

Additional information:
To find original Windows OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) license key:
- In Windows search box, type Command Prompt
- Right click on it and Run as administrator
- Copy and paste the following command and hit Enter key
wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey
