How to uninstall an unknown program from Windows 10 whose option in the setting is greyed out ? I'm suspicious about it !

Hi All,

I have also tried checking the directory files but couldn't find any such file. I have never installed anything from the unknown sources.

I did try to uninstall but couldn't do so greatly appreciate quick responses. Also attached the screenshot for the same.

    Hi Venkatesh,

    Is the program listed in the Program and Features dialog (Appwiz.cpl) in the classic Control Panel?

    What does the option look like? Can you post a screenshot?

    I have posted the screenshot of the unknown app.
    Also checked the Control panel as you suggested and found this
