How to uninstall an unknown program from Windows 10 whose option in the setting is greyed out ? I'm suspicious about it !

Hi All,

I have also tried checking the directory files but couldn't find any such file. I have never installed anything from the unknown sources.

I did try to uninstall but couldn't do so greatly appreciate quick responses. Also attached the screenshot for the same.

    Venkatesh,

    Download UninstallView and run it. Find the orphaned entry, right-click on it and choose "Uninstall..."

    If you get an error, the program may have been removed already. To delete the orphaned entry, right-click and select "Open Uninstall Item in RegEdit."

    Export the registry key to a REG file.

    Delete the key.

    Alternately, try Revo Uninstaller.
