Windows keeps adding the languages to the language panel

The operating system constantly adds excessive languages to the lang panel, even though there are no new languages in the corresponding Settings tab. I own a laptop that has a German keyboard layout, and by default, there was the German language set in the system. I've changed that in a regular way - added English and removed German through Settings, and changed the system language. Nonetheless, Windows did not remove a German lang from the panel, and, what is more unpleasant, constantly adds variations to my usual set of languages. For example, opening the laptop in the morning, I may discover that there are 2 different English layouts - International and the United Kingdom, 2 Russian layouts - regular and Typewriter, a single Ukrainian and 2 German ones - regular and "United Kingdom"(never ever found it in settings tho).
I've searched for the solutions, and both changes to the registry and manipulations with assigning a chosen lang to all user profiles made no difference. Actually, the only workaround for that thing is to add the excessive langs in Settings, then instantly delete them. Still, that is only a temporal solution, as the system may sporadically add them back in an hour, after the reboot, or after several reboots.

Currently, I have fixed this bug, and cannot take all the relevant screenshots. But a single problem is still there - the German language keeps being present, although it was removed from the Settings tab long ago.

    >But I wonder if the issues you have are due to the complications of changing language in Single Language Version which isn't really supposed to be possible?

I think the same, because yes, that is a kind of soft cheating, but I've never heard about this effect from other people who did the same trick.

Aside from that, editing the registry hive with German input lang helped me to suspend the chaotic input languages' appearance. It did not remove the German input layout either, but well, I'm happy only with having an order in my layouts.
