The vbc.exe is making my cpu to 100%. Even I end task Visual Basic Command Line Compiler it start again. How to fix this?

Is this fixed? the Visual Basic Command Line Compiler is not running anymore (i didn't do the method 1 cause the Windows Protection is not working)

Thank you for your response. Your Windows Security should work in safemode, after performing Method 2, did you restart your computer to normal boot? If so, kindly check your Windows Security if it's working, if it's not working, there might be a corrupted system file on your computer.
