The vbc.exe is making my cpu to 100%. Even I end task Visual Basic Command Line Compiler it start again. How to fix this?

    Thank you for your response. Your Windows Security should work in safemode, after performing Method 2, did you restart your computer to normal boot? If so, kindly check your Windows Security if it's working, if it's not working, there might be a corrupted system file on your computer. About the Visual Basic Command Line issue, kindly observe if it's totally gone.
