Gettting error while installing matlab or any other exe files

The winzip self extractor is giving me error while installing matlab or any other exe files. I could not uninstall it as, I could not find it in the programs and features menu. Tell me a way to bypass this issue or remove this winzip self extractor

    The setup package was wrapped using WinZip Self-Extractor, so that's how it's supposed to work. To bypass the WinZip Self-Extractor, you can try 7-Zip, extract the files inside the self-extracting archive to a folder, and then run setup.exe if you want.

    I do not need a unzipping tool, I need to remove this winzip self extractor from my system, that is giving me trouble. But this is not showing in programs and features
