I just uninstalled Anydesk application from my computer and wonder why this system tray icon is still listed.
I tried removing them from the registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify. but it is still in the list. How to remove this?

Thanks works with local apps. But the previously Windows Version with the older registry keys works with apps from USB or encrypted container Apps too.
I've a encrypted container works as USB for all my portable apps (email, browsers ...) These icons I always must manual make visible in the trayicon. (Every restart).
The older windows version all icons were visible, not temporary
Hi Ghosthunter3080,
That's interesting. Wondering if is because the USB stick's drive letter changes after a reboot, causing an additional entry to be added to the tray icons settings page.
No change always the same, otherwise the portable email and browser app wouldn't work correctly . I mount the container always as drive H: Otherwise I would have two icons with the same name.
Have you checked the "ExecutablePath" registry value for that entry?
I ran a portable tool (ProcExp.exe) from a USB stick and let it create an overflow icon entry. I set the icon to "On" and rebooted. The setting was retained after a reboot and it didn't create another icon.
