Windows PowerShell launching every startup

Hello. This message began to appear several days ago in every startup. It is happening after y clicked on a.exe file that did nothing at first and the antivirus didn't detect as malware, but I'm concerned

    If you could scan with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST), and share the logs it creates, I'll help you remove any malware present.

    Run FRST as administrator, use default settings and press Scan. Two logs are created in the folder that FRST is run from, FRST.txt and Addition.txt. Zip the logs and share on OneDrive, Google Drive or any file sharing service, then post the share link.

    * Note: If you are downloading FRST with Edge, smartscreen will initially block it.

    Click on the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep -> Show more -> Keep anyway.

    Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    1. Use your Antivirus software to scan your computer for any virus or malware.

    Please try to scan your system using the free edition of Malwarebytes.

    1. Please try to check your startup folders

    Press Windows key+R to open Run then type:

    shell:startup

    Hit Enter. Look for PowerShell then delete it

    1. Right click taskbar then select Task Manager

    Under Start-up tab, Find PowerShell on the list

    If Status Enable, Right click then Disable

    1. Perform a Clean Boot

    Determine if a background program or a software conflict is causing the issue.

    Press Start then search and type: msconfig

    Select System Configuration > go to the Services tab.

    Select and make sure to put a check mark on "Hide all Microsoft services" > Click Disable all.

    Go to Startup tab > Open Task Manager > Disable all the unnecessary services running there. Restart your computer.
