I have been using icloud email on pc with windows 11 for last 6 months without an issue. 72 hrs ago sync stopped working on all folders and i have not been able to receive or send emails from my pc with this Email account.
I have a seperate hotmail account that still works on the pc and the icloud account still works on my phone.
The message that goes with the error code states that there is a certificate issue - ive altered settings on email account to remove certificate check without any success.
Seriously frustrating and urgently need to access some of the attachments to emails that i cannot see on my phone
can anyone offer some advice

Hi - this is what i checked off and i deleted account in windows 11 - typing settings into search menus: accounts: email and accounts: manage: delete.
still no joy after re-instating icloud account im still getting same error message.
account still working on my phone
