Problems Installing windows 2019 server standard

I I built a new machine to replace our old ones, specs are:

Gigayte B650M Motherboard.

Ryzen 9 7900x CPU

128GB Crucial DDR5 RAM

Corsair 1TB uM.2 4.0 SSD

Authentic Windows SVR STD 65BIT ENGLISH (16 CORE)

Version 1809.2

Build Date: 04/01/22

I was having issues install windows 2019 from the vary start. I kept getting System Thread Exception Not Handled Screen after selecting to boot from CD.

After some troubleshooting I decided to pull out half the ram.

With 64GB (2x32GB Sticks) it would load into the installer. So I switch it out with the other set of RAM, loaded into the installer.

Let windows install with 64GB of RAM, once finished I ran a RAM test on that 64GB of RAM, after a while it finished and came back that everything was fine.

Switched the RAM out for the other 64 GB, let it finish, same results, everything was fine.

Put all the RAM back in, back to System Thread Exception Not Handled as soon as the windows load screen shows, cannot enter safe mode, just a constant loop.

Decided to check BIOS for options, made several profiles with and without options pertaining to RAM, same no mater what I do.

BIOS counts ram fine, shows up, give me clock speeds, so its not the RAM, its not the SSD, its not CPU, the copy of windows is the Standard and on Essentials which does not support 128GB.

I am at a total loss with this, I don't understand how it will run fine with 64GB but not with 128GB of RAM when all the modules check out, everything is brand new, the Windows is authentic with an un scratched COA when it arrived.

What am I missing?
