Set time Zone automatically Missing completely?

Hello, Community, I was reaching out because I am experiencing a very unusual issue and have done a ton of research and can't seem to find a solution to this problem. The issue I am experiencing is that the Set time zone automatically feature is missing completely from an individual's laptop. I attempted to follow these procedures.

Step 1

Can't set time zone automatically - Windows Client | Microsoft LearnSet Time Automatically Option Grayed Out - Microsoft Community Had no luck even trying to use the registry as there were no changes.

Step 2

Also, enable location setting.

Step 3

Performed cmd prompt

Sfc \scanfix now

chkdsk C: \f

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Step 4

Performed windows updates and online windows updates

Step 5

Performed Lenovo Vantage updates as well.

Anybody has any ideas on what else I should try I am kind of stuck.

    Seems there is some incorrectness during Windows setup.

    Do you need to turn on automatic setting? If yes, please try to create another user account and check if a problem persists in this new account.

    If you need just to set time zone, please use tzutil command from a command prompt.
