Hi Keyhan. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

What type of reinstall did you do? The definition of a Clean Install is to delete all partitions off the hard drive (with all other drives unplugged), then click Next to auto-create and format the needed partitions and begin - this makes it foolproof.

If those are your games then something is saving them, and if you did a true Clean Install there would be nothing left to save them if you don't use a MS Account

You can clear and reset the Microsoft Store cache as shown here:

    http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-windows-sto...

If that's not enough reset the Store here:

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.

Hi Greg, Thanks for your help. Yes, I have done a clean install. I downloaded the new Windows 11 with Media Creation Tool and then installed it. I completely deleted all my partitions and created some new ones. And I don't used any Microsoft Account in Windows or Store. But my purchase history has not been cleared.

also i tested clear and reset Microsoft Store cache. Not working.

    Keyhan -

How did you set up your account? It takes extra steps to create a Local Account during a Clean Install, you have to disconnect from internet to force it to even offer to create a Local Account. Otherwise if you created a MS Account it would populate the Store and most other apps from the MS Account without needing to separately sign into the Store.

That's the only reason I can think of that those games would appear after doing a true Clean Install where the drive was wiped. It has no other way to know you except by how you sign into Windows.

In new Windows updates, we can install Windows without any user account (like Windows 10). and set the local account as default. I've been using the local account in windows and the store completely since installing windows. Is it possible for devices on Microsoft servers to have a unique ID? Also, for the store, or maybe some data is stored in the BIOS.

"In new Windows updates, we can install Windows without any user account (like Windows 10). and set the local account as default. "

I'm not sure what you're referring to there. That's why I asked you if you wiped the drive and did a true Clean Install from bootable installation media, because a lesser Reset can save the User account which may save the Store data.

Doing a Clean Install from Bootable installation media would also require you to sign in with a MS Account unless you deliberately disconnected from the internet at the prompt to set up your Microsoft account, which will then change it to creating a Local Account instead:

I'm wondering if you actually have a Microsoft Account you don't know about, because it should not let you buy or download Store games without one. Is there any email address in Windows Settings > Accounts > Your Info? How about in Accounts > Access work or school, or Accounts > Email and other accounts?

Based on what you find out and report back I will have suggestions on what to do next.
