First of all, I apologize for my poor English. Yes, I completely wiped the drives and did a clean install via bootable installation media. And when installing Windows, I disconnected the Internet and set it for a local account. I don't use any account since installing Windows.

I have no idea how it repopulated your games. However, that said, I've also never heard of the store not requiring an account to be signed in order to download ANY game, so if it allowed this in your case, it may have tracked it somehow. It's just not something that's come up before and I cannot find anything on the web about a Windows 10 Local Account keeping game history in Microsoft Store.

The closest I can find that might apply here is tracking of Activity History in the Windows install which is explained here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/-wi...

Others may have their own ideas. There are some pretty smart people around here.

I don't download any games from the Store. My purchase history is for apps only (first screenshot). Also, everyone can download apps from the Store without a Microsoft account like I did. Anyway, my purchase history is linked to my device, and not linked to my Microsoft account. I used another Microsoft account and my previous purchase history remains in the Store. I even changed my windows product key and license to test but it doesn't work.

That's very interesting Keyhan. Where is your purchase history stored then? It is normally kept in the Microsoft account here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402731.... Do you see the Order History for your apps in any of your MS Accounts?

Yes, that's very interesting for me too. I don't know my purchase history stored where. Purchase history stored in my MS account is empty, because i will not downloaded apps from Store with MS Account. But that history always remains (whether with MS Account or without MS Account).

Please check this link. Same problem. https://www.ghacks.net/2018/11/05/microsoft-store-remembers-app-history-for-local-users/
