    Good Day NiceyBoy,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 10 pc and community member like you.

-What is the program you are trying to install, is it the KMSpico? What is the error message or error code you are trying to install the app?

    Try to run the troubleshooter.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/fix-p...

    Restart and check.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

KMSpico is already downloaded on my pc when i bought it, The programt that i install is obs studio

when installing a software there's a pop up that say

setup was unable to create the directory

    c:\program~1\kmspico\temp\is~dacos.tmp

    error 5: Access Denied

also at first my pc was fine then i restart my pc then theres a pop up that program~1 or programfiles was duplicated then i have to replace or rename the file.. then yesterday a lot of error codes that started to pop up when i install/download and opening a file (which is my %temp% file)

the troubleshooter that you gave me also didn't work.. it did also give me an error when running the troubleshooter..

    Good Day NiceyBoy,

Here's the steps you can try.

-Click Start, type CMD and run it as administrator

-Copy and paste the command below and hit enter.

    Sfc /scannow

Wait until the pc finishes scanning and repairing any corrupted system files then proceed with the next command

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Restart and check.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
