Is using the media creation windows 10 tool count as reseting?
Parameter is Incorrect
Yesterday microsoft store applications and microsoft store itself werent opening. Instead they showed this error message and now I cant use these applciations. Can someone help me please? (I was messing with security permissions last night and now I regret it)

No. Using the media creation tool is for performing an In-place upgrade and not for resetting your computer.

Unfortunately, your WindowsApps folder has been messed up. You can always upgrade to Windows 10 using the media creation tool after the Reset.
