Yesterday microsoft store applications and microsoft store itself werent opening. Instead they showed this error message and now I cant use these applciations. Can someone help me please? (I was messing with security permissions last night and now I regret it)

2022-09-18T06:38:40+00:00 When I click on continue the same error message for different files keep appearing. And if i press continue again it will keep happening. If i spammed continue like 200 times it still happens
