OpenGL Driver Version?

Hi,

I've browsed through similar questions about updating OpenGL Drivers and the capabilities of graphics cards and so on. My question is, after checking that my drivers were updated to the fullest extent possible, I figured that my graphics card was just too old to handle OpenGL 3.2 onward, but when I downloaded the extension to view my computer's OpenGL version, it appeared to be 4.3.0? But when I try to start up Darkest Dungeon, it says that my version is 1.1.0. I don't understand this inconsistency. Screenshots attached. Thanks for your help.

Thank you very much, Greg! I figured it would end up being something like that. I got this PC from a friend when he got a new one, so it was already a few years old, and it's been a few years since then. I'll definitely look into doing that clean install when I have time. I'll ask about workarounds as well, probably tomorrow or this weekend. You've been amazing, and I'll certainly keep you posted. Thank you so much for all your time.
